If you could make your pet understand one thing, what would it be?
I have a long-haired Chihuahua named Vader. I got him back in 2012, as a puppy. He is my baby boy, even now.
If I had the option to talk to him, the one thing I would try to make him understand is how important he is to me.
He’s been there for me through thick and thin. Whenever I’ve been sad or angry, he’d jump up into my lap, and stare up at me.
He cuddles me when I sleep, naps in my lap, and waits for me when I’m away. I love him unconditionally.
When his time comes, I hope I am there, and I will tell him how much I love him. In his final moments, I want my touch and voice to be his final experience.
